Gull Promotion Terms and Conditions

  • The discounted fuel price is displayed on the pumps and price pylon (sign) at participating Gull sites and is available during site opening hours, while stocks last.
  • Gull New Zealand Limited reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any promotion or offer without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical errors.
  • Gull New Zealand Limited takes no responsibility for system outages, payment failures, or connectivity issues that may prevent customers from receiving the advertised discount.
  • In the event of inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and promotional advertising materials, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
  • Gull New Zealand Limited runs a variety of fuel promotions, including Discount Days, Fuel Discounts, Fuel Specials, and Weekend Specials. All such promotions are governed by these same Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotions or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other active discounts, offers, or promotions. Promotional discounts may not apply to all fuel grades unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The discount applies to the price charged by the individual Gull site for any liquid fuel immediately before the promotional period begins. Where a promotional period overlaps with another, the discount applies to the fuel price in effect prior to the first promotion starting.
  • The promotional period refers to the advertised time(s) and date(s) the discounted fuel is available. Gull New Zealand Limited reserves the right to start a promotion or offer earlier or extend it beyond the advertised time, or to cancel/modify a promotion or offer due to site issues or operational challenges.
  • The amount, timing, duration, location, and availability of discounts are determined solely by Gull New Zealand Limited and may change at Gull New Zealand Limited’s discretion.
  • Gull New Zealand Limited’s decisions on all matters related to promotions or offers are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • By reading these Terms and Conditions and participating in Gull New Zealand Limited promotions or offers, you agree to the particulars outlined above.
  • By signing up to our notifications, you consent to receive communications from Gull New Zealand Limited about promotions, fuel specials, site launches, and other competitions and offers.
  • The promotion or offer is provided by Gull New Zealand Limited, located at Level 4, 507 Lake Road, Takapuna, Auckland.

Gull App Fuel Giveaway Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promotion is conducted by Gull ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am NZST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 30 September 2026 ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • Participants must have a valid Gull App account during the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter

  • During the Promotion Period, customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for each eligible fuel transaction completed through the Gull App.
  • Each eligible fuel purchase constitutes a separate entry.
  • Entries are automatically generated and no additional action is required.
  • Transactions that are refunded, cancelled, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid will not qualify for entry.

 5. Prizes

There are 1,001 prizes available to be won with a total prize pool value of NZD $105,000, comprising:

6. Major Prize

  • The major prize is a Year's Worth of Fuel valued at NZD $5,000.
  • The prize will be awarded as fuel credit within the Gull App.
  • The major prize represents a fixed value of NZD $5,000 and is not an unlimited fuel entitlement.

7. Prize Draw

  • The draw will take place on or before 15 October 2026 at a location determined by the Promoter.
  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The first valid entry drawn will receive the major prize. Subsequent valid entries drawn will receive the remaining prizes.
  • Each winner is eligible to receive one prize only. A person may not win or receive more than one prize in connection with this promotion, regardless of the number of entries submitted or the number of times they are selected as a winner. If a person is selected to receive more than one prize, the Promoter may disqualify any additional winning entry and redraw the winner for that prize.

8. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via the contact details associated with their Gull App account within 14 days of the draw.
  • Winners may also be published on the Promoter's website, social media channels, or other promotional material.

9. Prize Claim

  • Winners must respond and provide any required verification within 30 days of notification.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to claim the prize within the required timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

10. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

11. Verification

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, entrants, and winning claims.
  • The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

12. Privacy

  • Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be managed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
  • Personal information may be used to administer the promotion and contact winners.

13. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting a prize.
  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Promoter's Rights

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws.
  • Any decision made by the Promoter in relation to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Acceptance

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
